Secure Booking Requirement

When you book your first appointment with us, a valid credit card must be provided over the phone. This card is securely stored on file and is used solely for managing your appointments. This requirement helps us ensure a smooth booking process and guarantees that your reservation is held exclusively for you.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Guidelines

We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to accommodate cancellations or rescheduling when necessary. However, to ensure fairness and maintain our high-quality service for all clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This policy allows us to offer your time slot to another client who may be waiting for a service.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, a charge equal to 50% of the total service cost will be applied to the credit card on file. In the event of a no-show, you may be charged the full service cost. This policy is in place to help offset the costs of the reserved appointment time and to ensure that our therapists can deliver their best work for all clients.
